Description

Join our Team! We are a high volume, upscale car wash seeking a Manager! Please Do NOT “show up” to business location. In order to be considered for the position you must fit the criteria and submit your resume. Thank you for your interest in working with our company.

  • Promptly Open/Close the business daily
  • Manage overall vehicle flow, inspect vehicles, ensure compliance with company policies & procedures
  • Recruit, hire, train and schedule wash laborers
  • Supervise employee’s duties, responsibilities and performance levels
  • Conduct safety training meetings, loss prevention and achieve profit goals
  • Maintain all carwash equipment, order supplies and keep accurate inventory records
  • Ensure carwash quality standards and customer satisfaction by identifying and resolving all concerns

Requirements

  • Must be able to speak and comprehend both English and Spanish.
  • Must have a minimum of three (3) years relevant experience in the car wash industry
  • Experience managing and scheduling twenty (20)+ employees
  • A valid and clean NYS Driver’s License; DMV report must be submitted.
  • The skills to operate BOTH Standard and Automatic Transmission Vehicles
  • Be physically fit and have the stamina to stand OUTSIDE for long periods
  • Be able to perform duties in various weather conditions (extreme heat/cold)
  • Availability to work six (6) days per week (including weekends / holidays).
  • Have Integrity, Honesty, Problem Solving Skills, Conscientious
  • Willing/Able to Work Quickly and Steadily.  Teamwork is Important
  • Be Friendly, Outgoing and Like to Talk to Customers
  • Be Proactive, Detail Orientated, Self-Starter with a Strong Work Ethic
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Have previous customer service experience
  • Have the ability to multi-task and work well under pressure

  • Have reliable transportation to get to/from work

  • Greet all customers that enter the establishment
  • Answer customers’ questions, and provide information on prices, procedures & policies
  • Describe and sell Car Wash Packages & Automatic Monthly Recharge Programs to customers

  • Greet all customers that enter the establishment
  • Answer customers’ questions, and provide information on prices, procedures & policies
  • Describe, Sell & Set-up Car Wash Packages & Automatic Monthly Recharge Programs
  • Receive payments by currency and credit/debit cards
  • Issue receipts, refunds, credits and currency change
  • Maintain a clean and orderly service counter and retail store
  • Restock sales floor with new merchandise and/or visually merchandise
